Brief Explanation

Siding on a home in Georgia will accumulate unsightly growth of moss, mildew and fungus. Pressure Washing gives a home a revitalized look.

This home in Peachtree City has a radiant yellow color to its siding. The siding sits above a beautiful brick exterior foundation. As is very common with the type of climate that we enjoy in the South, mildew had begun to grow and collect on the exterior siding of the home.

The yellow painted siding now exhibited a poor appearance. Green colored staining covered the exterior and created a less than appealing portrayal of the home.

Mold also began to accumulate in the porous surface of the brick exterior. The handsome brick now took on a black colored appearance. This greatly diminished the aesthetic appeal of the home.

When pressure washing siding on a home it is essential to utilize a safe pressure threshold. Too much pressure will disrupt or even destroy residential siding material. The damage left on the siding can disrupt the water shedding capability of the home.

When we cleaned this home we were sure to keep the siding safely intact. With all of the mold and fungus gone, the nice yellow appearance was restored. The homeowner was also thrilled to see the brick stand out.

While we were at it, we surface cleaned the approaching walkway to the home. The results showed a dramatic change for the better. Most importantly, the homeowner was pleased with all of the work and the home now looks great.
